Tarynn Hatton-Jones, the newly appointed Chairwoman of the Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN). With over 18 years of experience in Hong Kong and a successful career in global procurement, Tarynn is committed to elevating WEN’s mission of supporting women entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
In her address, Tarynn expressed gratitude to her predecessors and highlighted WEN's proud 40-year legacy as Hong Kong’s oldest business networking group for women. She outlined three key focus areas, termed the "Three Cs":
1. Capital: The organisation aims to demystify funding through discussions on angel investment, pitch decks, and strategies to secure financial support.
2. Capacity: Workshops and coaching sessions will be provided to enhance talent acquisition and scaling strategies, enabling members to grow their businesses efficiently.
3. Cybersecurity and Technology: WEN will invite international speakers to discuss emerging technologies, including AI, to ensure members stay at the forefront of innovation.
