Ng Cheong Seng is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of In.Corp Global Malaysia. In.Corp Global, an Ascentium Company, is a leading provider of professional corporate solutions and business advisory which offer an integrated ecosystem of services that include company incorporation, corporate secretarial, regulatory compliance, taxation, immigration, accounting, payroll, risk assurance, internal audit, sustainability reporting etc. Under his leadership, In.Corp Global Malaysia has strengthened its position as a trusted partner for both local businesses and multinational corporations seeking market entry and expansion strategies in Malaysia. He is an experienced executive with many years of expertise in strategic finance management across various industries.
Until 2023, he served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Tricor Malaysia, where he worked closely with the CEO to drive the company’s growth through corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business planning. Before Tricor, Cheong Seng held CFO roles in different industries and locations, contributing to his highly international career.
As a chartered accountant, he began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malaysia, which gave him a deep understanding of the local market and the business services sector. His qualifications and professional memberships include a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA).
