Hamilton joined Chow Tai Fook in 2004 and was appointed as an executive director in 2011. He leads and oversees the Group's financial management, investor relations, IT and data governance, and intellectual capital management. He also serves as a joint company secretary of the Group. Currently, Hamilton is working to reposition and reform business support functions within the Group with an aim to empower innovation initiatives and business transformation.
