Bulai Mihail has been practising law for over 15 years, being specialized in commercial, IT, intellectual property and corporate law. Mihail usually advises foreign and domestic clients with incorporation of commercial companies, representation of foreign investors before Moldova state institutions, banking and regulatory institutions.
He hold a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in law from the State University of Moldova, specializing in Economic Law. Having a strong knowledge of commercial law, he is active in the field of information technology, offering specialized legal advice in IT to residents of IT parks, as well as to IT foreign investors in the Republic of Moldova. With a passion for IT, legal and practical expertise in this field, I am one of the co-authors of the amendments to the Law on the IT Park in the Republic of Moldova.
