James Burron is the president of Canadian Association of Alternative Strategies & Assets (CAASA), a Toronto-based trade association with more than 250 members consisting of all sizes and types of asset managers, investors and asset owners, and service providers as well as start-up founders – 20% of which are non-Canadian. James’ team produces 100+ events and webinars each year and 50+ podcasts as well as being active in advocacy for the industry. His experience spans all assets and strategies and includes 2 years in finance in South Korea.
