Mr. Benny Shachar is the CEO of a saffron finance Ltd. A consulting firm to high tech companies. The firm provides comprehensive financial services including fund raising, go to market and financial outsourcing and interim management services. In addition, the firm serves as a local representation (feet on ground) to global and international cooperations and individuals.
Mr. Shachar has extensive experience working with High-tech, Medical devices, Cyber and Bio-tech companies. He has led an Initial Public Offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and managed diversified financial operations as Executive VP Finance/CFO at different stages of a company’s lifecycle.
Mr. Shachar has extensive experience in global business development, global taxation planning and in establishment of new global operations.
In his past he has served as a senior tax inspector at the Ministry of Finance (Tax Authorities). Mr. Shachar is licensed to practice as a CPA (Israel) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA.
