Michael has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including private banking, securities sales and trading, asset management, private-equity financing and other capital markets related knowledge. He has worked for Merrill Lynch (US), Lehman Brothers (Hong Kong) and Morgan Stanley (Hong Kong), mainly serving large private clients (Ultra High Net-worth) and family offices. After leaving Morgan Stanley, Mr. Mak worked for a Hong Kong family office, responsible for its direct investments in China and Hong Kong; also worked in various financial institutions, including Chinese and Hong Kong investment banks.
