Oliver P. Batiller is the President & CEO of Global Eco Link Development Corporation (GELDC), a diversified group of companies engaged in real estate development, construction, trading of building materials, plant & equipment operations, and allied services across the Philippines.
With over 30 years of professional experience since 1994, Mr. Batiller has led and completed numerous small, medium to large-scale projects including hotels, casinos, office buildings, residential developments, and commercial complexes. His early ventures included Asia-Con Builders, Inc. (ACBI) and ACBI Corp. (ACBIC) in general construction and high-rise development, and later StoneGlobal Philippines, Inc. (SGPI) in specialty (stone/tiles) building materials.
Today, through GELDC Global Solutions, Inc. (GGSI), the group has scaled into a comprehensive building materials trading company supplying glass curtain walls, aluminum windows & doors, aluminum sun louvers, natural stone granite/marbles, engineered stones, eco-woods, and other sustainable technologies. GGSI also established the first and largest Philippine-made Quartz Stone Factory in Pampanga, with waste by-products innovatively repurposed in GELDC’s own CHB & paver factory, considered a pioneering step in green construction technology.
