He has extensive knowledge of various business domains in retail and commercial banking. He has 15 years of IT project management experience and is proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and waterfall and agile methodologies. At Protiviti, he has majorly worked on project delivery in electronic workflow and document digitisation, insurance, fraud management systems, mobile application development, contact centre applications, RPA, and cloud. Prior to joining Protiviti, Patrick was a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase where he led project delivery for a corporate investment bank.
