<p>Kalaivani Nair, fondly known as Karen, founder and CEO of Citrusbytes Sdn. Bhd. Kalaivani holds an MBA in Digital Finance from Multimedia University (MMU) and bring over 12 years of hands-on programming experience across a range of roles, including programmer, senior developer, IT manager, and marketing manager. This cross-disciplinary journey has shaped my approach to building technology that balances analytical rigor with human understanding. Citrusbytes was founded as an expression of this philosophy — blending innovation and empathy to create software solutions that are both technically sound and meaningfully aligned with real business and human needs.</p>
