Concurrently, Edward’s expertise in financial strategies and operations is complemented by a passion for culinary excellence. He shares an interest in maintaining the heartwarming traditions of a family-run, Michelin Bib Gourmand Awarded Wonton Noodle restaurant, named as “Enning Liu Fu Ji <恩寧劉福記>” in Guangzhou, Mainland China.
