<p>Dhruva Sreenivasa Chakravarthi is a seasoned Healthcare Executive and Academic Leader with over 29 years of distinguished experience in healthcare administration, operations, quality accreditation, medical assistance, and academic research. He currently serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer at HumanCare Worldwide in Mumbai, a leading medical assistance company. In this role, he oversees a comprehensive portfolio of services including global air repatriations, medical value travel, corporate medical solutions, ground ambulance services, home health, telehealth, capacity building, and accreditations.</p><p>His extensive leadership background includes serving as the CEO of Prashanth Hospital in Vijayawada for over 15 years, where he directed all aspects of healthcare administration, and as the COO of Dhruva Systems for 13 years, managing IT solutions, sales, and turnkey projects. This unique trajectory has allowed him to merge deep operational expertise with strategic innovation across both healthcare and technology sectors.</p><p>Academically accomplished, Dhruva holds an MBA in Hospital Management, an MPhil (HHSM), an MPH, and a PhD in Management, and is UGC NET qualified. He is actively engaged in academia, contributing as a Board of Studies member at Nagarjuna University, Visiting Faculty at Sai Datta Institutions, and Adjunct Faculty at Yenepoya University. His scholarly work includes over 25 publications in national and international journals, and he has made significant authorship contributions to acclaimed publications, including serving as a Lead Editor for a book that achieved a Guinness World Record for maximum authorship.</p><p>As Managing Partner and co-founder of firm, he has played key role in terms of building clients, team and capabilities in very short span of time.</p>
