Serviens’ flagship investment syndication platform, Real Estate Index Linked Securities (REILS) is the only viable alternative to traditional debt and equity financing and became the first and only platform capable of structuring debt-like financing alongside US agency debt, therefore transforming the entire US multifamily and hospital market for Asian investors. Formerly with Société Générale as CEO of SG Securities Singapore, James spent 7 years in Hong Kong and has lived in Singapore since 2013.
