Kevin is a British-trained commercial lawyer, Called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn, London, in 2016. He began his career at one of the largest law firms in Malaysia, practicing corporate law, where his past work included acting for Malaysia's sovereign wealth fund and a multinational insurance company. In 2020, he founded his own practice, Kevin Wu & Associates, where he helps businesses, boards, and individuals navigate complex disputes and corporate transactions. He advises on corporate advisory and commercial litigation, combining global training with local insight, and has a proven track record appearing in both trial and appellate courts with favourable results for his clients. He has also shared perspectives with Fortune 500 companies, private banks, and leading business schools. Beyond practice, Kevin serves on two Malaysian Bar Council committees (Corporate & Commercial Law and National Young Lawyers), acts as a Panel Lawyer with the Human Rights Commission in Malaysia, and edits Temasek Post, where he writes on law, business, and society in Southeast Asia.
