Russell founded and leads GXS Partners, a Hong Kong based consultancy advising on strategy, operations and transformation, as well as due diligence services including ESG compliance for transactions across multiple jurisdictions including China. He is passionate about devising strategies to enable growth, and transforming organisations to deliver business value and manage risk. GXS Partners works with leading companies in their field from financial services to manufacturing to chemicals. Russell works with senior executives on developing local transformation capabilities.
Having lived and worked in Hong Kong and China for several years, Russell is somewhat unique in having held leading roles across the entire spectrum of consulting services, having previously held director, partner, and managing partner roles in a Big 4 consultancy, a major systems integrator, a strategy house, as well as founding his own boutique consulting firm. He has also worked within some of the world’s leading multinational and innovative organisations, including in high growth environments.
