Zen Chen is a Master's student in Quantum Computing at SUTD and the founder of HoverXSpace, a deep tech venture dedicated to building national and enterprise resilience.At HoverXSpace, he leads the development of a dual-use AI platform that leverages satellite intelligence and diverse data sources to deliver predictive insights into systemic risks. The platform's capabilities are applied across two critical domains: Economic Resilience: Enabling governments and key industries—such as semiconductors and finance—to model and mitigate the impact of large-scale disruptions, including major supply chain shocks and climate events. Humanitarian Response: Optimizing disaster relief logistics to save lives and accelerate recovery during crises like floods and earthquakes. Designed to be quantum-ready, the platform is architected to solve the next generation of large-scale optimization problems that exceed the capabilities of classical computing.
