I am a Partner at Reed Smith Richards Butler, Hong Kong office, which is an established international law firm, where I advise on a range of corporate transactional and investment funds matters including private equity, M&A, establishing PE and hedge funds, and advising on corporate and fund restructurings.We have a fully integrated Corporate and Investment Funds team in Hong Kong with multi-disciplinary team members, which enables a more cohesive and cost effective service platform for transactions involving both corporate and investment funds aspects.I was raised in Australia, educated at UCL in London and have since worked in Melbourne and Sydney before moving to Hong Kong where I have been working as a lawyer for over 10 years.
