Jeffrey is well-known for his syndication for property development and has been involved in several merger & acquisition exercises for Singapore listed companies.
Jeffrey’s business acumen and entrepreneurial streak has led him to set up an integrated real estate company and just within 3 years, he successfully initiated an IPO and listed the entity on the Australian Exchange (ASX).
Besides numerous property development projects in Singapore, Jeffrey has also step foot into Thailand to develop Town Homes developments and hospitalities.
Jeffrey was also a Group Advisor to a Singapore listed company for the group’s overall Real Estate investments and developments.
