Ms. Wang has ten years of experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, capital market, investor relations and PR communication. She started her career with New World Strategic Investment Ltd., the proprietary investment subsidiary of New World Development Co. Ltd.. After that, Ms. Wang spent five years with CITIC Securities International and CLSA Capital Partners, where she participated in over ten transactions across different investment stages including growth, pre-IPO and leveraged buyout, with an industry focus on consumer, healthcare, TMT and advanced industrials. She has also worked in UBS, Hutchison Whampoa, KPMG, ICBC, Wonderful Sky Financial Group, China ZhengTong Auto Service and Shanghai Dongzheng Automotive Finance.

Ms. Wang graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a BSc (First Class Hons) in Risk Management and Finance. She also studied at University of California, Berkeley and Zhejiang University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charterholder. Ms. Wang is native in Mandarin and fluent in English and Cantonese. Ms. Wang is also a certified Yoga instructor.
