Lily Lin is CEO of Excellence First Enterprise Consultancy a 15 year-old business specialising in building high quality UK and China partnerships in business, culture and education. EFEC designs and develops projects , invites the right partners to join in and assures quality to ensure mutual benefits. Lily joined EFEC in 2013 and prior to this had an outstanding career in business as a Vice President with Edison Learning’s international skills project. Lily is Vice Chair Harlow College and Chair of the Curriculum and Standards Committee.
