Rianna is the CEO and co-founder of Intention Coaching Limited, a certified Scaling Up and Leadership Effectiveness coach. Her purpose drives her - for entrepreneurs to experience joy through their companies and have the business and life they want rather than the one they have. She works with purpose-driven CEOs, founders, and Senior leadership teams. She also works with the upskilling of middle-management teams. Rianna started her coaching journey almost 20 years ago. With over 12 years of business and leadership coaching experience, the entrepreneurs she works with get to unleash the power and potential within the business, themselves, and their teams. Rianna started several companies and has been a senior executive within organizations. She is a Board director and a mentor.
