Dr. George Noel Fernandes comes with more than 24 years of experience. He did his graduation in allopathic medicine from St. John’s Medical College. Subsequently, he did his post-graduation in Preventive and social medicine; travel medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Scotland; Emergency Medicine and Quality in healthcare practices from Boston. He is also trained in disaster management, power-based selling from Holder International, USA, and business continuity planning.He has served at various leadership roles as CEO, COO, Vice-President, and Medical Director for premium hospitals abroad (<span style="font-weight:bold">St Mary’s Hospital, USA; Saudi German Hospital, Dubai</span>) and in India (<span style="font-weight:bold">Apollo Hospitals, CK Birla Hospitals, Parkway Pantai Hospitals, Medicover fertility group</span>). He has been actively involved with marketing, creating new products, and involving the medical and non-medical communities to build a community and loyalty-driven hospital with centers of clinical excellence that would act as referral centers for the neighboring towns. He has rolled out a number of medical programs that work to help in the active growth of the hospital. His P&amp;L drivers are clinical excellence, quality, improving patient experience, creating new services and upgrading existing services, change in case, and payer mix to affect improved clinical and financial outputs. He has been trained and has successfully led NABH, JCI, CAP, and Accreditation Canada accreditations &amp; clinical, operational, and financial audits.
