Danby has been partnering with start-up founders and serial entrepreneurs in the consulting industry. Having a strong interest in start-ups, he helps develop and grow companies from the starting stage to a mature systematic organization that creates positive value for our society together with self-sustaining. Danby also values social impact and positive influence very much - he has been serving IMC Sunday School Thrive Hong Kong, an international children-education charity, for 10 years. He was also the Former Steering Board Member and Program Direct at Diversity Planet Foundation.
