Aishwarya Somal is the Director of Emerson Family Law, Emerson Migration Law and Global Pathways Education and Migration Services. She has been a practising lawyer for over 10 years, was the recipient of the Nick Xynias Lord Mayors’ Young Multicultural Businessperson of the Year 2020 and was inducted in to the Queensland Government’s inaugural Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Honour Roll for her work within the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) and wider communities in preventing Domestic and Family Violence. She is also the Vice President of the Womens Federation for World Peace, an NGO which holds consultative status with the ECOSOC of the United Nations.
