Nik Hasnini is the Chief Operating Officer with MAXVEC Malaysia. Nik Hasnini was a highly effective General Manager with over 23 years of experience before taking the current assignment. She specializes in planning, organizing, leading, controlling, resolving, and coordinating business duties and activities in accordance with the corporation. At MAXVEC, she is responsible for managing and handling the daily business operations of the company.Louis is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has 16 years of experience in accounting and audit over a wide range of industries. He worked as auditor and was appointed as independent director, chairman of auditing committee for public listed companies such as JES International Limited， 8Telecom International Holdings Co. Ltd and Yamada Green Resource Ltd.
In 2015, Louis has also set up his own company DMC Consulting Pte Ltd, specializing in secretary work, accounting, tax, work pass application and audit. The company has grown to hiring more than 60 staff since then.
