Her expertise spans the Corporates, Higher Education, Professional Services, and Manufacturing industries, where she has demonstrated an unparalleled ability to manage projects effectively, fostering accelerated achievement of social and governance objectives and creating value for all stakeholders involved.
At the heart of Meena’s professional journey is a deep-seated knowledge in social issues, ethical governance, and financial industry trends, complemented by a proficiency in sustainable finance, impact investing, and corporate ethics. Her analytical skills ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks, leading to strategic decisions that prioritise the well-being of varied stakeholders and uphold high governance standards.
Since 2013, Meena has led as Director at IQRA Consulting & Cresco Training International in London, delivering comprehensive solutions, risk management, and advisory services focused on the 'Social' and 'Governance' pillars of ESG to a high-profile clientele. Her role encompasses guiding organisations through ethical governance practices, social responsibility strategies, and the implementation of comprehensive governance frameworks across multiple sectors, including construction, real estate, and asset management. She has been a corporate trainer and a university academic in Finance, ESG, Strategic Management, Risk Management and Fintech.
Meena served as the Academic Director at EM-Normandie Oxford, where she made significant contributions to the business school's strategic development, curriculum innovation, and the establishment of key international partnerships. Her efforts directly impacted the quality of business education for thousands of students, preparing them for challenges and opportunities in sustainable finance and corporate governance. Inspired by the impact of education during COVID-19, she joined the Board of Dawati, an EdTech organization in Kenya, providing online education for children in Kenya.
