Roslinda Abu Bakar-Kellsey is a versatile leader with 26 years of experience in diverse sectors which includes Executive Education &amp; Development, Telecommunications as well as IT &amp; Technology. She is an engineer by profession with a passion for cultivating progress in self and others. She has ventured into IT technology consulting and solutioning with a top multi- national corporation, successfully took up a challenge as Business Development Leader responsible for accounts growth in Malaysia and ASEAN region. She has been involved in start-ups, turnaround, and transformation assignment and my current focus is driving a strategic and effective HR function with talents development as instrumental growth for the organization and the nation. Having the exposure being part of dynamic and diverse organisations, she has developed a deep understanding of culture, diversity and inclusivity related to organizational and client needs. She is a public speaker and certified trainer who is actively advocating life-long learning and the constant needs to disrupting oneself, staying relevant and continuously add value in making a difference.</p>
