Ruzwan kamil is Partner at KAMIL fine Gems. I Have done my FGA at GemA Uk and am a Qualified Gemmologist and a Diamond specialist (DGA). I’m also the Past president of Gemmologists Association of srilanka, Been an Advisor on Gems and Jewellery for the Export Development Bord of Srilanka. We are also Life members of Srilanka Gem and Jewellery Association, where I have sat on the board for many years and headed many sub committees.
