Eric Catalan is the Chairman and CEO of EAC Global Business Solutions, Inc. based in Makati City, Philippines and the Principal of Accullent, LLC based in California, USA. Both are business process and knowledge outsourcing companies which provide remote/outsource bookkeeping, accounting, audit support, CFO and consulting services directly to clients or in strategic partnership with audit, tax, wealth/investment management, legal, CFO groups and consulting practices - all across the globe. We also provide management consulting services; as well as assist internationally-based companies establish, set up, expand and operate its business/es in the Philippines and in the US; and through international partners, assist companies establish and expand operations in other territories. Start-up services include all country accounting, finance and tax compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements to include due diligence work, tax consulting, business formation services, operation, IT and internal controls setup. Ongoing services include financial management/oversight, accounting operation and preaudit work, among others.
