“Janifer graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from La Trobe University in Melbourne by the age of 19. She then went on to successfully attain her MBA at the age of 30, within 9 months, from the University of Western Australia. She started her career in Allianz Life Insurance and eventually rose to the ranks of senior management, responsible for building and transforming Allianz Life Insurance in Malaysia. During her time there, she helped grow the agency force by 20 times and its business by 35 times over a span of 2 decades.
She successfully established new agency segments, managed sales from different regions and was instrumental in the design and delivery of trainings for producers. Janifer is the Founder and current CEO of Acorn Consulting Asia. She is also the Holding Group Agency Director at Etiqa Life Insurance after achieving her MDRT in a record time of 12-days and she achieved Top Of The Table within a year in the industry as an agency member. Prior to this, she was the Group Financial Consultant in Philip Capital Malaysia responsible for managing client’s investment portfolios. Janifer is a Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and a firm believer in lifelong learning.”
