Ms Aparna Ranadive is a senior HR professional, with an experience of over 25 years. A Microbiologist by basic qualification, and an alumnus of NMIMS, where she completed her Masters degree in HRM from, she has contributed to HR, in varied industry sectors such as Retail, Media and Entertainment, Financial Services & Consulting, Investment Banking, Telecom, Engineering & Manufacturing etc., and held senior and leadership positions in many.
Before Aparna could embark on her entrepreneurial journey, she was associated with Hypercity Retail India Limited, as Senior VP & Head HR, and prior to that as VP & Head HR with Sony Entertainment Network. She has, in the past also worked with many other professional organisations such as Reliance Consultancy Services, Times Group, Tata Teleservices & Ambit RSM. While Aparna led the HR function, and has been a part of the senior leadership teams in the organisation, her key fortae lies in the areas of Strategic HR, Talent Management, & Leadership & Organisation Development.
