10+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity and corporate development focusing on digital infrastructure and technology sector in the APAC region. Transactional experience across products including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, joint venture investment and venture fund raising.
He also serves as an Associate Director in the Corporate Development and M&A division of Digital Edge DC (a Stonepeak portfolio company) since June 2021, responsible for company’s greenfield, brownfield and M&A investment, pipeline deal review and fund-raising. Mr. Xu has also worked at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank TMT investment banking in Hong Kong and successfully closed more than 10+ landmark transactions in the technology and digital infrastructure sector.
