She has to her credit more than 23 plus years of experience in the field of Information Technology and digital transformation. She is a Director, Board of Directors in Comquest ( a JV between Telecom Brunei and Bahwan CyberTek) and also in Bahwan CyberTek SG Taiwan entities. Prior to joining BCT, she was the Director, KPMG Advisory and has spent about 14 years as a Management Consultant across Far East and Middle East. As a business leader and corporate strategist, Shanthi’s repertoire centres around her areas of expertise - Strategy, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Governance, Program Management, and Digital Transformation. She has created a culture that fosters innovation and diversity. She belongs to a rare breed of leaders with a combination of business and technical acumen.
