Andrew Pang - Associate Director of BT Corporate Governance Limited (BTCGL), one of Baker Tilly Hong Kong members, is well-recognised in the Asia-Pacific region for its work in pre-IPO internal control review assignments and post-listing risk management advisory services.
Andrew has over 15 years of experience in IT risk and control management. He has been involved in IPO internal control reviews, technology risk consultancies, cybersecurity assessments, privacy data protection, and IT corporate governance reviews for a wide range of clients in different industries. Prior to joining BTCGL, he held internal audit positions in several U.S. listed companies and was previously in a risk management position in the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) in Asia.
