With over a decade of leadership experience in Customer Experience, Sod has successfully held senior and managerial roles across diverse sectors, including airline, banking, insurance, and consulting. Sod holds degrees in both economics and psychology and has published several papers on Customer Psychology. In addition to her consultancy work, Sod shared her insights as a speaker at prestigious conferences across Asia, including notable events in Japan, Singapore, and Mongolia. She is one of the participants in the "Apprentice" Mongolia TV Show and the KAS's Asian youth leadership program alongside 14 Asian countries.
