Sara Asal is the Founder and CEO of a company called Shawerna Web-Design. She is a Computer Engineer with over 15 years of experience. Sara often engages in research, data science, web design, teaching, and consultancy. Healthcare has been a great part of her life being born to a family of front-liners. Due to healthcare challenges, Sara grieved her younger brother, grandmother, aunt, and uncle. After surviving burnout and trying IVF, Sara became a mom and now supports healthcare. By using the power of AI/VR and NFTs at Shawerna Web-Design, she helps everyone get work done, leave on time, and get paid at hospitals and clinics. She also advocates inclusion, equity, and diversity for minorities and people of determination.
Sara received her MSc. in Computer Engineering and BSc in Computer Science from the American University of Sharjah (AUS). Sara's research involved data mining of brain Electroencephalography (EEG) and IoT technologies. Soon after she expanded onto surgical AI. Now, she is creating spaces and representing people in VR hospitals and clinics. She also offers VR Toolboxes to speed up digital transformation and compliance.
Sara now enjoys motherhood on a quest to discover ways to help healthcare access and serve others. She remains interested in healthcare web design, computer vision, FinTech, and genomic analytics.
