Anne-Marie Hesmondhalgh is the Co-Founder & Director Business Development for AMS Planning, Architecture and Development Limited. AMS is a highly successful UK based Town Planning , Architecture and Development company. It leads the way in the provision of digital services, through its own in-house GIS team. It’s Geo-spatial mapping capability puts AMS at the forefront of UK based Digital Planning Consultancies. Using G.I.S , AMS develops tools that help their international client base find a range of prime off-market development opportunities.
Anne-Marie is also Co-Owner and Director of a several land promotion and development companies in the UK which take sites from inception, through the planning process up to sale or development. The GDV of these projects range from with GDV’s of £1-350m. AMS planning boasts a success rate of 94% on planning applications over the past 3 years and 100% success rate on promotion sites over the past 5 years.
In the past run Anne-Marie has set-up and run a Trans-Atlantic distribution enterprise and a TV station and was Miss Zimbabwe 1992.
