Kate Choyce is Founder & CEO at HR Tech International. Kate started her entrepreneurial career by building and leading the first recruitment agency in Hong Kong to provide video interviews along with traditional CVs. This advanced offering allowed her team to dominate the sector and outperform competitors in revenue and reputation between the years of 2010-2018.
As founder, Kate navigates the trajectory of the company to ensure they are on track to succeed in the competitive landscape of the HR Tech Industry. With a career in Business Development, she is responsible for positioning HR Tech for rapid and sustainable growth. Kate does this by creating opportunities, converting leads, and closing sales, an area she has both an appetite and network for. With the user experience as the cornerstone of product development, Kate works closely alongside the team to materialise the collective vision of bringing innovativeprod ucts to a calcified market waiting for a clear tech leader in the space.
As one of the few female founders in the HR Technology sector, Kate is accustomed to standing apart and questioning the status quo of traditional thinking. The relentless pursuit of
company goals, dovetailed with her habit of replacing “why ?” with “why not ? ” is driven by a mission to improve the recruitment industry for everyone.
