In his previous role as the Global Head of HRBPs for all tech and platform talents at Gojek, Monir played a pivotal role in designing and implementing HR solutions and frameworks to increase engagement & retention. Prior to that, he led performance management, organisational development, and employee experience at Maxis, Malaysia's leading telco. In Inscale, an offshore outsourcing company focusing on tech talents, he was part of the leadership with the responsibility of setting up Tech teams in Asia.Monir's experience in fast-paced digital companies has equipped him with the skills to transform HR departments from conventional units to ones that add real value to businesses by prioritising digitalization, people experience, and leadership development to prepare people and help organisations adapt to the digital age.
