Koman is a creative and resourceful ad man. He started his career in advertising in 2008. In his 15 years in the industry, he has only become more passionate about finding the most effective creative business solutions for clients. Koman started on the fast-paced McDonald’s account gaining experience on brand building and integration. He then took on the role within the agency group of account lead of digital business for Tribal DDB Worldwide, strengthening his expertise as an integrated marketer. During the 3 years he spent in this role, he was also instrumental in growing the business, expanding the agency group from a team of 10 to a true tribe of 40 plus, with 30+ Clients from different categories. After rejoining the DDB Group Hong Kong family again in 2019, this time as a member of the management team, Koman helps to drive new business and set up the Agency as a holistic communications group, from branding, design, campaign, digital to content production.
