He is a graduate in The University of Hong Kong, MBA program. His track record is in the capital market in covers both Hong Kong and US. He has managed over 40 IPO projects that are successfully listed in Hong Kong and the US stock exchanges. In his project management, by providing solutions from handling highly confidential documentation to SaaS products for the clients’ filing requirements in fulfilling SFC and SEC regulations.
