Ms. Huyen is Chairwoman and CEO of Fast Capital Solution Joint Stock Company (Fast Capital), an active corporate finance advisory company in Vietnam with focus on M&A advisory and debt financing arrangement under the forms of corporate finance, project finance, share backed financing and debt capital market (DCM).
Prior to joining Fast Capital, Ms. Huyen spent 23 years in the banking industry with 13 years at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd, Vietnam (ANZ) responsible for corporate banking and corporate finance (ECA, Project Financing, DCM, Financial Leasing), 3 years with Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CA-CIB) Hanoi Branch in the role of a Director cum Branch Manager responsible for CA-CIB’s business expansion in the north of Vietnam and over 7 years with Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) in the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of VIB cum Head of Wholesale Banking Division in charge of corporate & institutional banking and SME banking of VIB in the whole country.
Ms. Huyen holds a bachelor of science in Banking & Finance from Hanoi Banking Institute and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Southern University. She has good knowledge and experience in the banking and finance sector as well as deep understanding of corporate clients’ needs. She has good relationship with corporates, local authorities, investors, and financial institutions in Vietnam and in the globe.
