Ricky is currently the Regional Commercial Director, Asia based in Hong Kong working closely with senior executive leadership team and wider offices to drive key client relationships across Asia. With 20 years’ recruitment experience in London and Asia, Ricky joined Robert Walters’ legal division in London in September 2003 and relocated to the Hong Kong office in February 2010. During his time in Hong Kong, he was promoted to the Managing Director of Greater China before changing roles in January 2023 to the Regional Commercial Director, Asia. Prior to joining Robert Walters, he worked as a solicitor in Australia for top-tier law firm and also as an in-house legal counsel for several NASDAQ listed companies.
