Nicoleta, PMP certified, strongly believes that client needs should drive any company’s strategic direction. Helping customers achieve their strategies, advance their processes and decision-making as well as being compliant with regulations, provides her with an enormous sense of achievement and purpose.
Happily married and mother of twins she loves exploring the world, living each day by Benjamin Franklin’s motto: “Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today”.
She’s excited having joined 4most's global team, based in Dubai, back in November 2020 as Head of Business Development heading the Middle East and Africa markets with a focus on regulation and risk management solutions, such as: IFRS9, collections strategies, credit decisioning, stress testing, market risk, economics overviews, model management and climate change risks within banking and non-banking environments. In September 2023 she joined the board of directors of 4most's UAE subsidiary.
