Ms. Carrie Law is the Founder of WOW IMPACT GROUP and Global Chinese Family Offices Society, the Senior Executive Vice Chair of Asia Coinvestment Club, Association of Family Offices in Asia, Asian Private Bankers in Greater China Region, an Entrepreneur, a Board Director and C-suite professional. In the past 20 years, she has led a number of startup development, IPO and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies with her strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities. It includes the merges of the two ASX-listed companies, REA Group (ASX: REA), a subsidiary of News Corp. (NASDAQ: NWSA), and iProperty Group (ASX:IPP), Asia's largest online real estate group, at a value of US$534 million, the IPO of eCargo Group at (ASX: ECG) and TOM Group (HKSE: 2383) and the Greater China launch of Sina.com (NASDAQ: SINA) and assisted in investing and operations of NBA basketball tournaments skype, eBay in Greater China, etc. Her board industry investment, business innovation, transformation and value creation exposure has laid down the solid foundation in providing viable investment solutions to achieve wealth creation, management and succession goals for family offices, wealth and asset investment and management partners who have specific focus in overseas asset and real estate investment. Ms. Carrie Law has served as a Board Director and CEO of Juwai.com, leading overseas real estate portal in servicing Global Chinese and has held senior positions in a number of multinational companies and startup companies. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to digital innovation in a wide range of industries, the Hong Kong Interactive Marketing Association has awarded her as the “Digital Marketer”. Ms. Law is also committed to nurturing young talents. In 1992, she founded the Hong Kong SAR Outstanding Student Association. The founding mission "To Serve. To Innovate" has been in use ever since. Educated in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Australia, Ms. Law graduated from Communications Studies and holds an MBA.
