Dr Charles Lee is a consultant plastic surgeon with 35 years of experience currently practicing in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Charles is the founder and CEO of MindFLOW Ergonomics, a designed engineered ecosystem of 7 Zones powered through Visioneering to transform Outstanding Intellectuals into high performance Creative Geniuses of Excellence in the Marketplace. Charles is also the Creator of HEARTtalk Podcast and Founder of the Asia Pacific Consultation on Marketplace Mindfulness, APCOMM. In 1989, Charles established the 1 st Department of Plastic Surgery in Sabah, Malaysia and is the Founder Chairman of the Cleft Lip and Palate Association of Sabah, CLAPAS. He is a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Ireland since 1984.
