Bringing together a robust background in electrical engineering with a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Som uniquely bridges technical expertise, strategic management, and strong cross-sector collaboration across both government and private entities. He possesses extensive experience in asset management for industrial infrastructure and utilities, with a particular focus on solar power systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and smart energy solutions.
