Ryan is the Founder and CEO of the AcroGrowth Group, a creative consulting company with offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. After graduating from the University of Hong Kong in 2017, he has grown the group from a one-man band to a multi-national business with 20+ staff. The Group’s services mainly involve creative growth hacking services that help clients grow exponentially through creative business models - and they have also started various creative projects in Southeast Asia including a KOL agency, online dramas and e-commerce platforms. Besides running AcroGrowth, Ryan is also a lecturer on Design Thinking and Business Innovation at the University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Open University of Hong Kong. He is also a frequent speaker at corporates and business associations.
