Carolina is the founder of &ahead, a digital talent platform that aims to enable career ambitious and passionate individuals navigate their mid career transition or relaunch usually after a career break. Leveraging her 2 decades of experience driving future of work and talent management initiatives, she and the &ahead team works closely with organisations in Technology, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Institutes of Higher Learning such as Fitch, Cosnova, SAP, Mannheim Business School etc to access a hidden talent pool of experienced professionals; support them in designing their return to work program as well as engage employees who are interested to relaunch their careers. In 2021, &ahead was awarded a grant from Germany’s Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate Affairs to develop an AI Driven recommendations platform for Career Relaunchers. &ahead has been featured on Handelsblatt, Cosmopolitan, Station, Frankfurt Valley etc.
