Shavasb is the CEO and founder of Eurivex, an EU investment firm operating since 2010 and offering MiFID services. Eurivex helps companies list their bonds on Vienna Stock Exchange’s MTF Market and we also setup the registry in Euroclear to allow for FOP/DVP deliveries to investors from any location that have Euroclear accounts. The crowdfunding service allows any EEA company to issue shares/bonds and via CrowdX market to retail investors for up to €5 mln issuance per calendar year. Eurivex is also a major shareholder in https://revsto.com/, an EU Electronic Money Institution licensed by Central Bank of Cyprus, issuing IBANs for SEPA instant and Swift transactions.
